Luminous Smiles is a dental practice at 10 Fox Valley Center, Arnold, MO 63010. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used. It does not replace the privacy notice you receive as a patient in our office.

When you use the appointment request form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you enter. We also record your IP address and browser type to protect the form from spam and abuse.
We use this information only to respond to your request. Please don't include private health details in the form; call us instead.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored with our website host, Cloudflare, and forwarded to our office.
Analytics
We may use privacy-focused website analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Third-party services
Our payment plans page shows a widget from Cherry, our payment plan partner. If you apply, Cherry's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.
If you choose to load the map on our site, Google Maps receives the request. Links to Google reviews and directions take you to Google's own sites.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete a message you sent through the website by calling (314) 894-9700 or emailing office@luminous-smiles.com.
